Chengetayi "Du" Mapaya, a senior at Texas Christian representing Zimbabwe, secured his second career triple jump title at the NCAA Division 1 Championships with a lifetime-best 56-7.50 (17.26m) performance in the third round at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Mapaya, who captured the triple jump crown in 2019 in Austin, Texas, elevated to the No. 9 all-time collegiate outdoor competitor.
